Explore the landscape of your emotions and reclaim your inherent creative power. Nature-based expressive art integrates methods and insights from expressive arts therapy, ecotherapy, and mindfulness-based practice to help you engage with your deepest and often hidden feelings, use symbols to represent your inner thoughts, and physically express your internal conflicts. This group class will incorporate creative and alternative forms of expression such as painting, drawing, writing, dancing, drumming, singing, movement, spoken word, crafting, and more. Integrating nature-based practices into expressive art means that participants will use resources from the natural world in both literal and figurative ways. The intention is to help you remember that you are nature, not separate from nature. This practice is a great resource for anyone feeling blocked creatively, energetically, socially, or emotionally.
**This class is IN-PERSON & only 7 spots are available. Please register in advance to reserve your space.
