E V E N T   D E S C R I P T I O N

Come join me for a virtual nature-based expressive arts experience on Sunday November 1st, the day after Halloween & the Full Moon. 

In celebration of new cycles and transformations we are going to be exploring and working with the element of fire. Fire is the great transmuter of energy from one form to another. We turn to fire when we desire a change in our energy field. We will be using creative exploration, expression and community processing to bring release and compassion to our most current fears, insecurities & blocks. We will also be bringing focus to our third Chakra - The Solar Plexus, or Manipura Chakra - which relates to our personal power, self-esteem and the power of transformations.
